An energising Essential Oil blend containing notes of Spearmint Lime and Sweet Orange pure Essential Oils to help elevate the senses and revitalise the body! The perfect blend for an awakening massage simply combine 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil massage into the head neck and shoulders to help invigorate body and mind. Alternatively add up to 6 drops of the blend to an Essential Oil diffuser to create an atmosphere of energy and vibrance in your home or exercise environment. As a quick fix this blend is also ideal to massage into pulse point-- just blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage when you need a boost!
