Returns Portal
You can return unwanted items to us for a refund, as long as they are in their original condition:
Order not yet delivered?
• Refuse the delivery, it will then be returned to sender and refunded within 14 days.
• Do not collect the parcel, it will then be returned to sender when it exceeds the holding time at the depot and refunded within 14 days of being returned to us.
Order delivered?
• If you want to return any order or order items please use the link below to generate a pre-paid return label.
• Please include a note saying what is being returned and why.
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.
• We do not refund opened and used items, or any intimate hygiene product.
Damaged, defective or expired item?
• If your item has arrived damaged, defective or expired you may not need to return it, please contact us as soon as possible for guidance.

Return instructions:
• Print the returns label, which is pre-paid on a 48-hour tracked service.
• Securely attach the returns label to the outer of the packaging the order was delivered.
• Drop the item off at your local drop-off location. Evri Parcel Shop for Evri Labels, or Post Office Drop-Off locations for Royal Mail labels.
• If possible, please request proof of postage when dropping the parcel off - it's free of charge.
Please note: We never accept returns on intimate items such as nappies, mooncups, tampons etc.
