Not happy with your purchase? Changed your mind?

We are happy to meet all our obligations under the distance selling regulations including returns and refunds for mispurchased, incorrect or damaged goods.

Please contact us via email (Click here) so we can send you a pre-paid returns label.

Here are our return instructions:

  • Please print and attach to the box the goods came in. 
  • Please then drop the box at any post office in the United Kingdom. 
  • We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage - which is free of charge. 
  • We should have the item back within 48 hours of you dropping it off.
  • We will then contact you to arrange a refund or a replacement

Kindly note: We cannot accept returns of used grocery items for hygiene reasons
