Returns Portal
You can return unwanted items to us for a refund, as long as they are in their original condition:
Order not yet delivered?
• Refuse the delivery, it will then be returned to sender and refunded within 14 days.
• Do not collect the parcel, it will then be returned to sender when it exceeds the holding time at the depot and refunded within 14 days of being returned to us. .
Order delivered?
• If you want to return any order or order items please use the link below to generate a pre-paid return label.
• Please include a note saying what is being returned and why.
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.
• We do not refund opened and used items, or any intimate hygiene product.

Damaged, defective or expired item?
• If your item has arrived damaged, defective or expired you may not need to return it, please contact us as soon as possible for guidance.
• Please email us as many pictures as you can to info@superfood-market.com

Return instructions:
• Print the returns label, which is pre-paid on a 48-hour tracked label.
• Securely attach the returns label to the outer of the packaging the order was delivered.
• Drop the item off at any local Post Office or Royal Mail Parcel Postbox.
• If possible, please request proof of postage when dropping the parcel off - it's free of charge.
Please note: We never accept returns on intimate items such as nappies, mooncups, tampons etc.
