A calming and uplifting Essential Oil blend specially formulated to help boost the mood and soothe daily tensions. Containing notes of Lavender Jasmine Roman Chamomile & Bergamot De-Stress has a calming floral light-citrus aroma. Simply add 5-6 drops to an oil burner or diffuser to create a calming & uplifting atmosphere or dilute up to 8 drops of De-Stress into a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water for a comforting soak. De-stress is an uplifting Essential Oil Blend designed as a natural alternative to help you naturally soothe feelings of stress.
