Hodmedod's | Fava Bean Umami Paste | 175g

Hodmedod's Umami Paste is a vegan, British twist on traditional miso. Made with fava beans and fermented with Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Aspergillus soja, and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii, it's free from soy and cereals. Use it to intensify flavors in soups, stews, stir-fries, and even sweet dishes like chocolate brownies.
