Lets go carbon neutral - we do all we can to reduce our carbon footprint and work closely with our suppliers to reduce theirs. What we can't reduce we offset by 120%. The cardboard box is made from 100% recycled paper, FSC certified. (Forest Stewardship Council). FSC is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world's forests. It was founded in 1993 in response to public concern about deforestation and demand for a trustworthy wood-labelling scheme. When you see the FSC logo on a label you can buy timber and other wood products, such as paper, with the confidence that you are not contributing to the destruction of the world's forests. Our bags contain an additive, put into the plastic at the extrusion stage, that will make the finished product "oxo-biodegradable" so that it will degrade and disappear in a short timescale, leaving no fragments, no methane and no harmful residues.
