This sauce is made with the rare Wiri Wiri pepper from Guyana- this small cherry like pepper packs a big punch and a distinctively unique and fruity flavour. Only the highest quality of ingredients are used with no added sugar, preservatives, stabilisers, artificial colours or flavours. These perfect sauces combine the right balance of heat and flavour to enhance the flavour of food without burning your palate.
