Take five organic virgin cold pressed seed and fruit oils; blend together and get a tasty mix of essential omega acids 3, 6 and 9 and Vitamin E. This great tasting cooking oil is stable at very high temperatures. So that's good news for chef and even better news for you. Our unique and groovy blend of camelina, avocado, virgin olive, oleic sunflower and toasted sesame seed oils is the perfect replacement to olive oil. It is incredibly versatile and great with stir-fries, salads, meat, and vegetables - just fry, dress, roast or bake. Did you know that 10ml of our Omega High Five Cooking Oil provides enough omega 3 (Alpha Linolenic Acid) to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels - we'll high five that!
