We have been analysing our data and we realised that we are ALL creatures of habit! Most of our amazing customers come back to us again for the exact same products/basket as their previous orders. So we asked ourselves, "How can we make things quicker and easier for our customers?"
Introducing 'Favourites' - you can now add all your favourite products into one, simple list and then add them to your basket with ease next time you shop with us! No more searching, browsing or hunting for things you know you need! This should make shopping with us about 90% quicker and easier, and we know everyone needs more spare time in their life!
2. Buy Again
Introducing our all-new 'Buy Again' option! You asked - we listened! We've had many customers requesting the option to reorder items from their previous order without having to manually search and add these to their basket again.
The buy again option allows you to add everything from your previous basket into your new order, making it easy to make a repeat order of your favourite items. Simply log in and go to your previous order, select the buy again option to add all the items from your previous order to your basket. This will make your repeat orders smoother and saves even more time shopping with us!
3. New Shipping Rates
Spend less than ever on your superfood essentials to qualify for free shipping on your order!
Our new shipping rates mean that all orders over £49 now qualify for free shipping, this is a huge £11 cheaper than the previous £60 to qualify for free shipping with us! We're here to make naturally better products available to everyone. We believe clean, healthy and sustainable living should be affordable to all members of our society.
