Each jar is hand filled to evenly distribute the soft peel.

The sweet yet slightly tangy flavour is perfect for breakfast on toast or croissant

From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades (you get more whole fruit hand pouring).
