Currently unique to the Thursday Cottage brand in the preserves market, this fruity curd is a lovely vibrant alternative to the classic flavour curds.

You can certainly taste the different between our Blood Orange Curd and a standard Orange Curd because of the sweetness the Blood Orange carries alongside its bitter notes.

Spread on toasted tea cakes or waffles, delicious when use as a filling for a Victoria Sandwich

From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades (you get more whole fruit hand pouring)
