The iconic British pairing of strawberries and cream create the extreme deliciousness of their fruity shortbread. Real strawberry pieces are wrapped amongst the creaminess of Trewithen Dairy Cornish clotted cream and butter, a family-run farm only a few miles down the road from the Cornish bakery. We like it so much we make sure loads of the lovely stuff gets into each biscuit.
