Pelagonia is an award-winning Macedonian food range based on the very best traditional recipes from that country - incuding vegetable jams like this one.  Macedonia is famous for its red peppers and this roasted red pepper jam is made from 70% roasted romano peppers complemented by thyme, marjoram and ginger.

The company's produce is grown and produced in the Pelagonia valley, in south-west Macedonia - behind these products are many families and smallholdings working as a cooperative.
