Organico | Organic Fine Salt from Trapani's WWF | 300g

Unrefined fine Sicilian sea salt. Fine sea salt from the salt-works of the Trapani nature reserve on the island of Sicily. The salt is collected and packed by hand following traditional methods. It is unrefined and is not chemically treated so this salt retains all its natural trace minerals. As they say "Our saltpan, active since 1884 and called Moranella or Chiusa, is situated within the nature reserve of Trapani run by the WWF. It is usually frequented by different migrant species and it also gives hospitality to purple herons and grey parrots."
