Made with wild herbs from the mountains of Crete, mixed with a barrel aged red wine Vinegar made by monks at the holy Agia Triada monastery and our very own co-operative made extra virgin olive oil. Our dressing has a beautiful flavour that will make you yearn for your Greek salad all year long!
