READY TO USE: Make sushi seasoning from scratch is a time-consuming process. It takes forever to let the sugar melt into vinegar. Emma Basic sushi vinegar is ready to use. Simply add 150ml of Sushi Vinegar into 1kg cooked short-grain rice while it is still warm. NO SULPHITE : Different from others ,our sushi vinegar contains no sulphite. A time-saving solution to make vegetable pickles. Can also be used as salad dressing, a marinade for fish and meat and stir fry. All potential additives have been removed in NPD stage. All Natural Ingredients.
