Emma Basic | Gluten Free Reduced Salt Soy Sauce | 1L

Naturally brewed from fermented soybean, a rich sauce of Umami. A must-have ingredient for home cooking. GLUTEN-FREE: It’s good news for people allergic to gluten or suffering from celiac disease, as soy sauce made of soybean is much better taste than those made of wheat or corn. After all, it is called soy sauce, not corn sauce or wheat sauce. REDUCED SALT: Most soy sauce contains 15g salt per 100g. We managed to reduce to 8g salt per 100g. NHS recommend taking no more than 6g of salt per day. CLEAN LABEL: You will not find the nasty additives commonly appear in other brands, such as colourings, MSG, potassium sorbate as preservatives, added alcohol etc. All additives have been mercilessly removed for you.
