The purpose of Emma Basic is to ruthlessly remove uncessary, unheathly addtives. HIGH FIBRE + SOURCE OF PROTEIN: To claim high in fibre, (EC) No 1924, 2006 requires a product to contain at least 6g fibre per 100g. To claim as a source of protein requires at least 12% of the energy value to be provided by protein. Emma Basic Crispy Seaweed is 16.7g fibre per 100g, and 17.8% of energy is from protein. In fact 25.3g/100g protein, to help you feel fuller for longer. RICH IN UMAMI: Rich in natural umami, great to eat on it’s own, fill with rice, use as a ramen or soup topping. Great with salad.
