Taylor and Colledge choose only the finest 100% organic Vanilla beans cured and ready for use.In your favourite dessert or sauce the recipe may call for the whole bean or just the vanilla seeds. To remove the seeds place the bean on a chopping board slice down the centre with a sharp knife and scrape out the seeds. With Taylor and Colledge air tight packaging you can be confident that the beans will remain plump and full of flavour from the farm to the kitchen.
