This gives the drink a nice yellow colour and, more importantly, turmeric has fantastic healing properties. Turmeric has been part of Ayurvedic medicine for centuries - a holistic, completely natural approach that originates from India. In addition to turmeric, this pure and organic spice mix also contains cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and - very important - black pepper. No sugar, milk powder or other additives are used. You can choose your own favourite type of milk to make this beverage: cow's milk or vegetable milk. It's also delicious if you add some ghee or coconut oil.
