Iron is the most important mineral involved in the production of healthy red blood cells. It helps carry vital oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body, and may help maintain normal metabolic functions and provide a feeling of strength, vigour and vitality. Iron Bisglycinate is a specially chelated formulation that is gentle on the stomach and does not cause irritation, constipation or diarrhoea. The added vitamin C helps speed up absorption and assimilation of iron from the stomach and into the blood stream, making it one of the most effective Iron Supplements on the market.

Each tablet contains ( average ) RDA % Vitamin C 120.0mg 200 Iron 30.0 mg 214 RDA- EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from yeast, gluten, salt, preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring. No added Sugar, Starch or Salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
