Goji berries are a fruit native to Asia. They are rich in anthocyanins which hold antioxidant properties and can prevent oxidative damage to cells. Goji berries are also rich in vitamins C, A and B2, and are rich in iron and selenium, all of which help to maintain a healthy immune system.
