Beetroot Pear and Thyme Juice
Beetroot juice is great for athletes and runners, and this delicious juice is perfect for in the morning before a workout.
- 1 raw beetroot
- 1 pear
- Thyme
Add the pear, beetroot and a couple sprigs of thyme to a slow juicer.
Enjoy chilled and over ice.
