Blueberry Flax Super Smoothie

This smoothie is great for a quick breakfast, has two portions of your five a day, and has all the additional benefits of flax.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • handful spinach
  • 1/4 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk of your choice)

All you need to do is pop everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add more milk if you prefer your smoothie to have a thinner consistency.
