Quinoa Tortillas

These flat breads are perfect for lunch, make a batch, freeze them and use them as you need them. They'd be great filled with some rice, smashed avocado, salsa and salad.
  • 4 cups qunioa flour
  • 1/3 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups walm water

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix and knead form a dough.

Divide into 18 same sized balls.

Roll the balls out to a few millimeters thick.

Heat a pan for a few minutes.

When the pan is hot add in the dough and cook on both sides for about 1 minute per side. You don't need any oil.
