Carob Avocado Mousse
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp carob powder or cacao powder
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
Add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Blend on a high speed until fully mixed and smooth.
Transfer to bowls or ramekins and chill for a couple hours before serving.
