Vegan Bircher Muesli

This recipe makes a great breakfast and can be made at the start of the week and kept in the fridge to grab and go.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 large apple, grated
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup dried mulberries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened soya milk

Place all ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning add any toppings you like and some more milk.
