Green Juice with Wheatgrass


Green juices are a great way of getting in some of your five a day, and you can always adapt the recipe to include any other fruits or vegetables you like.


  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp chlorella powder
  • 1/2 tbsp wheatgrass powder
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
