Carrot And Ginger Juice With Barley Grass
Juices are an easy way of getting in some of your five a day, and they're packed full of nutrients, and make a great breakfast or midday pick me up.
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 apples
- ginger (to taste)
- 1/2 tbsp barley grass powder
- juice 1/2 a lime
Add all the ingredients to a juicer or blender and enjoy over ice.
