Green Tea Coconut Popsicles

This recipe is a great alternative way of getting all the benefits from matcha but not as a drink, and would be ideal for snacking on in the summer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup alternative milk
  • 2-3 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup.

In a large bowl or measuring jug mix the coconut milk until smooth.

In a small bowl mix together the matcha powder with a couple of tablespoons of milk until smooth.

Add this and the agave nectar to the coconut milk and taste.

If it tastes how you want it, pour into molds and freeze for at least five hours.
