Goji Tea With Baobab


Hot honey and lemon is always good when you're feeling a bit under the weather, this is just as good at giving you that pick me up when you're not feeling your best, and helping you on your way to recovery.


  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp baobab powder
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (optional)

Place the goji berries in a large heatproof bowl or mug.

Pour the boiling water over the berries, cover and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Pour into a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into mugs and enjoy hot or warm.
