Overnight Chia Porridge


This porridge can be made on a Sunday night and would be great for a speedy breakfast before school or work during the week. All you would need to do would be deciding on what toppings you want that day.

  • 200g rye flakes or rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 400ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar

Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with a little extra milk and any topping of your choice.
