Chocolate Chia Pudding


This chia pudding is chocolate desert without the guilt and is the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth without a lot of sugar.


  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2-5 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pour the almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract into a bowl followed by the chia seeds and cacao powder.

Mix well until all of the cacao powder in incorporated, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of six hours if not overnight. 

Before serving mix well again and enjoy.
