Acai Ice Cream

This guilt free dessert is a great healthier alternative from traditional ice cream. Its sugar free, lower in fat and is packed full of nutrients because of the addition of acai powder. Now you don't have to feel guilty for enjoying a bowl of ice cream.

 Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt 
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
Mix together all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Move to freezer and leave for 1-2 hours until frozen but still soft.
Add fresh fruit or any toppings of your choice and enjoy.
